THE SHORT VERSION
ilumen collects no data. None. The app contains no networking code, no analytics, no advertising, and no accounts. Nothing you do in ilumen ever leaves your iPhone.
DATA COLLECTION
- Photos. Photos you take are processed entirely on-device and saved directly to your photo library. ilumen never uploads, transmits, or retains copies of your photos.
- Camera and photo-library access. Camera access is used only to capture the photo you take. Photo-library access is used only to save your finished photos. Neither is used for anything else.
- Settings. Your recipe preferences (exposure, white balance, softness, grain) are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted anywhere.
- Analytics and tracking. There are none. ilumen sends no data to us or to any third party, and contains no third-party SDKs.
APP STORE
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details or personal information. ilumen's App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected" — literally true, since the app has no network connection of any kind.
CHANGES
If a future version of ilumen ever changes any of the above, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be described in the App Store release notes.
